At MALAY. Activewear, all orders are prepared and dispatched directly from our fulfillment studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Orders received before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed on the same business day.

We provide complimentary standard express shipping across all Canadian provinces on orders totaling $99 CAD or greater (calculated after any discounts and before taxes).
Delivery Rates & Timelines
- Canada Standard Express: 2 – 4 business days ($10 CAD flat rate for orders under $99 CAD). Dispatched via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or regional courier.
- Canada Priority Rush: 1 – 2 business days ($18 CAD flat rate). Available in major metropolitan areas (GTA, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary).
- Domestic Focus: MALAY ships exclusively across all Canadian provinces and territories to guarantee rapid fulfillment, zero customs delays, and dedicated customer care.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your shipment leaves our facility, you will receive an automated dispatch confirmation email containing your direct tracking link and courier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking milestones to update in the carrier system.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Size Exchanges
Size and color exchanges within Canada are free. We provide a pre-paid digital return label for every exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must satisfy the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of marks, makeup, deodorant residue, or odors.
- All original garment tags, hangtags, and packaging must remain fully intact and attached.

Refund Processing
Once your return parcel arrives at our Toronto studio and passes physical inspection (usually within 2 business days), your refund will be remitted to your original method of payment. Credit card refunds typically reflect within 3 to 5 banking days depending on your financial institution.
